You can contact us by phone, email or facebook and then we will arrange an appointment to see the apartment in person. Where we inform you about the features of the apartment and as well as for any questions. Then the contracts are made and we hand over the keys.

The deposit is compulsory and is usually given with the first month's rent. This is so that both the landlord and the tenant have the apartment registered.

In the event that the tenant leaves by the date the contract expires the security deposit is refunded against the existing debts arising from the tenant's wear and tear. 

The duration of a contract is 2 years. This can be changed upon request. Our aim is a long-term lease and the aim is for the student to stay here throughout their student life.

The accounts change the name of each student and the student is solely responsible for their payment. Due to the good energy efficiency of the apartments, the bills are in the low range.
